Getting started
Who can use ACELIA's services?
Technology professionals pursuing roles in the United States: recent graduates building their first professional profile, experienced professionals whose materials or interview performance do not reflect their ability, and career changers moving into a new technology field.
If we do not believe we can help with your situation, we will tell you during the consultation.
What technology roles are supported?
We work across software development, quality assurance and automation, data analytics and engineering, cloud and DevOps, cybersecurity, business analysis, and UI/UX and product roles. Other technology roles are assessed individually.
View technology domainsHow does the consultation work?
You submit a short request with your experience level, target domain and goals. A consultant reviews it, proposes a time, and holds a focused conversation with you about your background, target roles and the support that would genuinely help.
The consultation is free and carries no obligation. You do not need to send a resume beforehand.

Once you have agreed a written scope, we begin with profile development and a preparation plan. Depending on your package, marketing and training run alongside, and you receive regular progress updates throughout.

No. A short conversation about your background and goals is enough to begin.
Services and preparation
How is job application support organized?
We match open roles against your skills, experience level and target domain, submit applications at the volume agreed in your written scope, and track every submission. You receive regular reports showing where you have applied and the responses received.
We apply only to roles that suit your genuine qualifications, and you can tell us at any time about employers or roles you want excluded.
About profile marketingWhat does technical training involve?
Training is built around the job descriptions you are targeting. It combines guided sessions, hands-on practice and review, focused on the tools and concepts employers in your domain commonly assess.
About training and mentorshipHow are mock interviews conducted?
Mock interviews are held one-to-one and follow the format of real technical, behavioral or HR rounds. Each session is followed by written feedback on what went well and what to improve. When you have a real interview scheduled, we can build a mock around that role's job description.
About interview preparationPackages and fees
What is included in each plan?
Unlimited Support & Mock Interview Training ($2,000) includes unlimited mock interviews with written feedback, role-specific technical training, behavioral coaching, briefings and debriefs around real interviews, and one-to-one mentorship. Interview support sessions cost $80 for 30 minutes and $110–$150 for 45 minutes or longer. Job support is quoted as per your requirement.
The exact contents of your engagement are confirmed in a written scope before payment.
Compare plansAre there additional fees?
All fees for your engagement are set out in your written service agreement before you pay. If you ask for services outside that scope, any additional cost is agreed with you in writing first.
Which plan is right for me?
As a general guide: if you have a specific interview coming up, a 30-minute or 45-minute Interview Support session is a good start. If you want complete preparation across several rounds or roles, Unlimited Support & Mock Interview Training is the better value. If you are already working in a role and need technical guidance, choose Job Support. We will recommend an option during your consultation.
How is payment handled?
Payment amount, schedule and accepted methods are stated in your written service agreement. No payment is requested before you have reviewed and accepted that agreement.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, changes can be discussed with your consultant at any time. Any change in scope or fees is confirmed in writing before it takes effect.
Policies and boundaries
Is job placement guaranteed?
No. Hiring decisions are made by employers, and results depend on your background, preparation and market conditions. We do not guarantee job offers, interviews, specific employers, salaries or start dates. We commit to the services described in your written scope.
How is personal information handled?
We collect only the information needed to deliver your services, use it for that purpose, and do not sell it. Your materials are shared with employers or recruiters only as part of the job search you have authorized.
Read the Privacy PolicyDoes ACELIA provide immigration or legal advice?
No. We are not immigration consultants or attorneys and do not provide immigration, legal, tax or financial advice. For questions about work authorization or visas, please consult a qualified immigration attorney.
Will you add skills or experience I do not have?
No. Your resume, profiles and portfolio describe your real experience. We help you present it clearly and identify gaps, and training can help you build new skills — which can then be listed honestly once you have them.
Do you attend or assist during real interviews?
No. You attend and complete every interview yourself. We prepare you beforehand with a briefing and review the round with you afterwards. We do not provide any form of assistance during a live employer interview.
