Timing

How the stages come together.

We do not promise a placement date or interview volume — timing depends on your background, preparation and hiring conditions. In practice, engagements tend to move through three phases.
  1. Opening phase

Consultation and profile development set direction and prepare your materials.

  2. Build phase

Applications and outreach begin while technical and behavioral training continues.

  3. Interview phase

Mock interviews, briefings and debriefs support each round, through to an offer and onboarding.

Your part

Candidate responsibilities.

We provide structure, preparation and visibility. These are the parts only you can provide.
  1. 01

    Give accurate information

Every document we prepare is based on what you tell us. It must reflect your real experience, education and skills.

  2. 02

    Set aside regular time

Training and practice only work with consistent effort. Plan for dedicated hours each week.

  3. 03

    Be open about gaps

Telling us where you are less confident lets us spend preparation time where it matters most.

  4. 04

    Keep us informed

Share recruiter contact, interview invitations and outcomes promptly so preparation stays relevant.

  5. 05

    Represent yourself

You attend and complete every interview yourself. We prepare you beforehand and debrief with you afterwards.
